Library cards are free to anyone that lives, works, owns property or attends school in the city of Springdale or Washington County.
To obtain a library card, visit the Information Desk and fill out a registration form. You must show valid photo identification and proof of your current address. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign for your card, accepting responsibility and use of library resources.
To register for a temporary library card from home, click Get A New Library Card below to complete the form. Temporary online cards provide immediate access to all of the library’s digital services for 30 days. These cards can then be upgraded to a permanent card during your next visit to the library with a photo ID and proof of your current address.
In the event that a card is lost or damaged, a replacement card may be obtained for $1.
Non-Residents who wish to borrow materials from the Springdale Public Library may do so by payment of an annual non-resident card fee of $25.00 per household.
