Friends of the Library
The Friends of the Springdale Public Library support library programs, events and activities. The Friends Bookstore is located just off the Library lobby and is open during all library hours. An annual book drive and book sale is held every fall.
Support the Library by joining the Friends! Friends receive discounts on purchases at the Friends Bookstore and during book sales.
Becoming a Friend of the Springdale Public Library
Print and complete Friends Membership Form and mail it or drop it by on your next visit to the Library. Regular dues start at $5.00 for individuals.
Your annual membership demonstrates community support for the Library and your dues contribute to the Friends support of library programs and services. Donations are tax-deductible.
Volunteering with Friends
Friends volunteers help maintain the Bookstore and assist with the annual book drive and book sale in the fall. Volunteers are welcome to serve on a regular basis or for special projects. Use the Friends membership form to indicate your interest in volunteering. To find out more about volunteering, click here.
Friends of the Springdale Public Library Bookstore
The Friends Bookstore is located just inside the front doors of the library. The bookstore is open during normal library hours, and donations are accepted at the Information or Check-Out desks.
Volunteers maintain the bookstore. Friends may purchase materials for half off regular prices.
Occasional specials may be announced and materials are added throughout the week. Stop in during your next visit to the library!
Donations to the Friends Bookstore
The Friends Bookstore welcomes donated materials in good condition. We accept hardback and paperback books, audio-books, videos, CDs, and DVDs. Donations may be brought to the Check Out desk anytime during library hours. Call in advance if you have questions or need assistance. No magazines or textbooks please.

Materials that do not sell in the Bookstore may be sent to Better World Books to support literacy programs.
