Check out fishing poles at the library!
May 24, 2023
Did you know you can check out fishing poles from the library?
The Arkansas Game and Fish Commission has provided 18 fishing poles available for check-out at the Springdale Public Library. Lures and bobbers are provided with checkout. Fishing poles are limited to one fishing pole per library card, and check out for one week. SPL does not provide fishing licenses. If you are over the age of 16, a fishing license is required to take or attempt to take fish. Fishing licenses are available for purchase online, at tackle shops, or a sporting goods store.
Contact the library for more information at (479) 750-8581.
